missing shampooimpersonal rental
The room was tiny I expected more space for my stuff. There was no shampoo provided in the shower that was a definite oversight and I had to buy some at a nearby shop. The lack of reception after 2 PM made it feel more like an impersonal rental than a hotel so I didn't really get the service I was expecting

the free coffee was alright.
the room was small, fine, i get it. however, there was no shampoo in the shower was great. also, the lack of on-site staff after 2pm felt impersonal, like some kind of dystopian airbnb.

the location is great! it is an easy walk from the main bus station. supermarkets are super close too, that's really handy. plus, the free coffee in the lobby? what a bonus!

limited receptioninsufficient soundproofing
The absence of a staffed reception beyond limited hours created an impersonal atmosphere. sound insulation was insufficient. Noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway disrupted the peace.. This impacted my ability to fully relax after long days. Such disturbances detract from the overall accommodation experience.
